A new Europlan LC PJSC Board of Directors has started its work. It consists of nine members, including five independent directors.

Created three committees within the Board of Directors: audit committee, compensation and nomination committee, strategy and risks committee.
Avet Mirakyan, CEO of SFI investment holding, Europlan’s parent company, said: «We proceed with introducing of the best corporate management practices in our companies. The majority of votes in the Board of Directors now belongs to independent members».

Wolfgang Schlimme
He has been working in the automotive industry since 1987. He headed Citroen representative office in Germany in 2016-2021, BMW representative office in Moscow in 1999-2003 and in 2012-2014, as well as BMW representative office in Malaysia in 2003-2008. He worked at BMW headquarters in Munich in 2008-2012, holding a position of Vice President, HR. In 2012-2014 Wolfgang Schlimme was the Managing Director (CEO) of BMW Russland Trading.
Brit Schönenberger
She has been working in the automotive industry since 1992, in consulting since 1998, in leasing since 2003. In 2003-2017 she held a position of the Managing Director of LeasePlan Corporation (Switzerland). In different years, she was a member of the Boards of Directors of LeasePlan (Switzerland), Leaseurope, Swiss Leasing Association, Swiss Automotive Group and held the posts of Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Swiss Leasing Association, Advisor at the European Tire & Rubber Association, International Automotive Federation (FIA).
Stefan Mauerer
Experience in consulting (since 2006) and in the automotive industry (sales, logistics, business strategy, finance) — since 2003. In 2012–2014 he led the automotive segment of BCG’s business in the CIS countries. In 2015-2018 he held CFO position at AutoVAZ. In different years, he was a member of the boards of directors of BCG, General Motors-Avtovaz, Izhavto.
Galina Maier
Experience in leasing since 2000. She has been holding management positions since 2002. In 2002-2005 she was the Managing Director of Raiffeisen Leasing representative office in Belgrade. In 2005-2016 she held a similar position in the Moscow office of the company.
